The rules and conditions that govern your use of UpTechSwiss services and the SwissTapGo product.
By accessing the UpTechSwiss website, placing an order for SwissTapGo, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients and users of UpTechSwiss services, including both the SwissTapGo base product and the SwissTapGo Pro plan.
Note: These Terms are written in English. In the event of a dispute, the English version shall prevail. We may provide translated versions for convenience only.
UpTechSwiss is a Swiss technology company that provides the SwissTapGo product: a smart NFC plate, QR code and custom digital landing page designed to help local businesses connect with their customers digitally.
SwissTapGo Pro is an add-on service that connects your SwissTapGo plate to a WhatsApp automation system, enabling automatic replies, booking flows, review requests and lead capture.
Our current pricing is as follows:

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude VAT where applicable. UpTechSwiss reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
An order is confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by UpTechSwiss. We will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm and begin the setup process.
We aim to build your custom landing page and ship your NFC plate within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Switzerland or Europe.
You are responsible for providing accurate information (business name, logo, links, address) in a timely manner. Delays in providing this information may extend the delivery timeline.
The NFC plate is shipped to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the client upon handover to the carrier. If the plate arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement.
You agree to use SwissTapGo only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

All content on the UpTechSwiss website — including design, code, copy, logos and branding — is the intellectual property of UpTechSwiss and may not be reproduced without permission.
You retain full ownership of all content you provide for your SwissTapGo landing page (logo, photos, business information). By providing this content you grant UpTechSwiss a limited licence to use it solely for building and maintaining your page.
Once delivered, your SwissTapGo landing page belongs to you. The underlying platform infrastructure remains the property of UpTechSwiss.
UpTechSwiss provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law:
This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct by UpTechSwiss.
Due to the custom nature of the product (personalised page + physical plate), we do not offer refunds once production has started. If the plate has not yet been produced, you may cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
If your NFC plate arrives defective or is damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge. Report the issue within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage.
UpTechSwiss reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. For material changes affecting existing subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice via WhatsApp or email.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available at uptechswiss.com/terms. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of UpTechSwiss services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.
Consumer rights: If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence that cannot be overridden by this clause.
